BRITNEY Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline, was playing doting dad yesterday with his sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Federline, who is in Melbourne with his girlfriend, Victoria Prince, took his two young sons to the Melbourne Aquarium.

The family had a back-of-house penguin tour, as well as a glass-bottom boat tour.

"Their favourite part of the tour was the Fish Bowl where they saw the massive sharks," a source said.

"They were an absolute joy to take through."

After carrying out his dad duties, Federline indulged in some more adult-oriented entertainment, spending the afternoon gambling at Crown.

He did not have the children with him.
